She was biult by John Nicol who used to biud Tugs at Dunstons ,Thorne. He built her for himself but due to his age desided to sell. I don't have the abilities now and am forced to sell due to arthritis etc. I had a little trouble with the gearbox but it has now been rebuilt at Thorne boat services and is fine. she has a BMC 2.2 Four cylinder engine with a Borg Warner whisper gearbox. She is built like a Brick S....weighs 6.5 tons
She is in old style and only in the water for 3 years. BSS till March 2011. I moved thing in rather than fit her out .She has 2 bunks plenty of cupboard space, below and eye level,wardrobe, coal fire, gas hob and oven, 3 way fridge. Windows from a De Havalland aeroplane. contact for more details |
