Built by Liverpool Boats in 2001.
Ford 1800 Diesel engine, currently not running.
12v & 240v Electrical Systems.
Sterling 25amp battery charger.
3KW inverter.
Hot water via Calorifier.
Bubble Stove.

Layout from Bow to Stern:
Open plans saloon with large sofa bed. Bubble stove in corner surround (requires tiling). TV/storage corner unit. Wall lights. Carpeted under gunwhales.
Galley kitchen with modern white units and black laminate worktops. Good range of base units and drawers. Free standing gas, double oven and hob. Circular black sink and drainer.
Storage larder style cupboard housing washing machine.
Bathroom with shower, cassette toilet and sink in vanity unit.
Bedroom to stern with fixed double bed with storage under.

There is no current boat safety certificate, the boat is stored out of the water.
The engine is currently a non runner and has been for some time. There is an overheating problem as the engine is not really fit for purpose. The engine is too big for the current cooling capacity.
Internally, the boat is in good condition.
